Basic technical information: standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, kept for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, schedule calls, prepare proposals and deliver services you engage us for.

To keep the website secure and working. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it to train AI models.

Third-party services

We use trusted providers to run the site and our business, including website hosting, a managed database for contact-form submissions, email, and a scheduling tool for booking calls. These providers process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for up to two years afterwards unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Client project records are kept as required by our contracts and applicable law.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@vantyrlabs.com. We will respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
